From an early age, Zahi rotated around the various departments of the company, Supervising all Manufacturing, Operations, HR and FINANCIAL aspects of the process. He has received much praise and credit for growing and expanding the company. Apart from confectionary, Zahi is a recognised expert in supply chain, General management & Finance and has been called upon internationally to assist in setting up restaurants and Food companies, aiding to transform mere kitchens into recognised brands. Zahi is keen on organising and standardising things and is always up to the task especially when technology meets innovation and management. as a CFO Zahi plays a major role by leveraging his extensive experience in process and supply chain management in his role at ParaQia, enabling the company to step into a larger dimension.

During his time at Netgear, Shankar specialised in offering network and telecommunication systems to both Small and Medium Enterprises and Multi national Companies. Born in Kuwait, Shankar has a flair of speaking Arabic and provides in-depth understanding of the Market and has been instrumental is setting up the merchant networks for some of the region's largest Bank Rewards Platforms.

    Hafiz Mohammad Shahid is a graduate of Allama Iqbal University - Islamabad Pakistan with a Masters of Arts. Hafiz moved to Kuwait in 2002 managing Field Merchandising, Promotions, Branding and Store Audits for International Telecom Companies, FMCG, Electronics and Food & Beverage Operations. Hafiz was relocated to Bahrain in 2010 to handle the Field Force for an international electronics giant and was responsible for Merchandising, Branding and Retail Surveys for the brand.     Hanish Hamza has completed an international diploma in sales and marketing management from AHLA University and a Bachelor of Hospitality Management from Calicut University. Hanish started his career in a top Indian hospitality company before moving to Qatar in 2009 as a Manager in Field Merchandizing, Store Audits and Branding. Within two years, Hanish was promoted to area manager managing major clients in Electronics, Retail and FMCG.
